| Intergraph SmartSketch® 3.0 (formerly sold as Imagineer™ Technical and Imagination Engineer™) began shipping today to customers worldwide. |
| A customer-driven release, SmartSketch V3.0 represents two years of research, customer input, and innovative technology development. The result is a 2D application that provides a single desktop environment to do conceptual design, production drafting, and schematic diagramming. |
| SmartSketch improves drawing productivity through its streamlined, intuitive user interface, WorkSmart Technology (visual indicators, which assist the user as he draws), 46 Industry Solutions templates, and more than 7,500 industry-standard symbols. Used as a 2D stand-alone solution or in a complementary role with MicroStation and AutoCAD, SmartSketch fits within existing schematic diagramming, conceptual, production and business drawing workflows. SmartSketch is for engineers, CAD and technical professionals, managers and support staff in such varied engineering disciplines as process, electrical, instrumentation, structural, mechanical, and HVAC. |
