| netViz Corporation and Altima Technologies Enter Strategic Alliance to Provide NetZoom Symbols for netViz |
| Agreement will significantly increase the number of network graphics available for use with netViz network-documentation software |
| September 27, 2001, Gaithersburg, MD and Glen Ellyn, IL. netViz Corporation, manufacturer of award-winning network documentation tools and Altima Technologies, Inc., creator of popular NetZoom solutions for network diagramming, jointly announced today a strategic partnership that will allow netViz users to utilize NetZoom graphics in their documentation projects. By adding NetZoom functionality, netViz will be able to offer a more complete solution to its customers and at the same time expose NetZoom to the entire netViz customer base. |
| Altima Technologies NetZoom Symbols is a comprehensive collection of generic and vendor-specific network graphics that can be used in a variety of diagramming applications. Under the agreement, a version of NetZoom Symbols for netViz will be produced that allows users to simply drag and drop desired NetZoom graphics into a netViz project. With the addition of NetZoom Symbols for netViz, netViz users will have access to the largest collection of network equipment symbols available and Altima Technologies' web based library updates. |
